nav bar button sizes

my nav bar is longer than i'd like but i don't want to go to 2 lines. is there a way to reduce the horizontal dimension of the buttons?

also, is there a place to download sounds for buttons when they're clicked?

Goto the button properties and check the box provided.

buttons provided don't detail how long each button is. by the way, is there a way to bounce from this page, where i list the comment to the page wherre i read your reply? still learning this site...
