Linking to subtitles on the same page from navigation buttons on the top

my domain name is www.usume.com
If I have a lot of text on one single page with various subtitles, and then at the top of the page I want to put navigation buttons, so by clicking on the navigation button I want to be directed to that part of infomation or subtitle on the same page instead of having to keep scrolling down the page and searching for that part of infomation.
How can I do this. I do not want to creat multiple pages for but everyting on one page.
I hope you know what I mean
