How do I import html code for a form from outside bluevoda?

I want to use the html code for a form from another website on my BlueVoda page. The form collects data that is transferred to my company's sales center. I have the code, but I don't know how add it so that it displays property on my page. Each time I try to add it, the appears at the top of my page when I view the page in a browser. I want the form to appear at the bottom of the page.

Could be many reasons. But try changing the page to .php via page properties, save & republish.
