Comments with form wizard

I´m trying to create a box for comments with the Form Wizard option. But I have problems because I don´t know how appear the comments in the page . Please help me. http://www.seinforma.ca/comments.php

Are you trying to have the comments show on the page? Forms only send comments to you via email, when the user fills out the form. If you want coments to show on the page so all can see you need to use a guestbook or a program like shoutbox. http://shoutboxpro.com/

guestbook or a shoutbox allows me to review the comments before show it on the page.

Not sure about shoutout, but as for the guestbook.........no.
The only sure way to allow only those comments you want to show is to add them to the page your self once you recieve them from the form (email)
