How do I create a success page that would pop up once a customer have made a payment? Please help.

This url would be added to your payment button, if you are using paypal as your payment, add this url when creating the button for the item .. whatever you decide to name, save and publish this page as, this then becomes part of the link that you apply when creating your button

Also, don't forget to create a "payment failure, please try again" page.

One "success" page, and one "failure" page...

Create these two pages the same way you created every other page of your website.
