    Downloadable Files

    Hello,

I am considering VodaHost. I need to be able to make files available for download for our clients and sales representatives. Most of the files will be Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, with an occasional .pdf file. I noticed on your home page one of the VodaHost features is "E-book and Digital Delivery System" but can't find any information on how to set this up. The files will not be purchased, so there's no need to tie them to a shopping cart. I haven't decided whether to password protect the section where the files will be or not.

I've never made files available on a website before and have no idea what to do to make them downloadable.

    Thank you for your time.

    Re: Downloadable Files

You simply upload them to the server and then link to them.. when the links are clicked they will get a pop up that allows them to download or open them.

      Hi Karen,

Thank you. I had wondered about that, but figured it was too simple. Guess I should have tried it.

Take care and have a great week.
