Help! My home page has stopped working!

I have a website ( www.biggerbetterman.com ) published & working fine - until now. I don't understand what has happened, but now when I go to the home page, it does not open but instead tries to download a file (called biggerbetterman_com) which as far as I know does not exist. If I go to www.biggerbetterman.com/index.html, it is OK, and all the other pages seem OK.

What on earth have I done?? Any help greatly appreciated.

Looks ok to me, clicked your first link and your home page came up no problem.

Thanks for your reply Ed. It seems to be working OK for me now too, so I don't know what happened. I had been trying to edit the htaccess file, so maybe I did something I shouldn't have!
