How to AUTOSIZE the footer of the webpage (make Page Height flexible to the content of the page)?

You cant. Blue voda writes in absolute positioning so you wont be able to do fluid styles.. you can try using a tabe and see if it expands.. but it will drop OVER whatever you put beneath it.
