Fields in form won't allow data entry

Hi, I am just about done with my site but I am having one bit of difficulty.
I have checked this on other computers and it seems to be a consistent bug.

When using Internet Explorer we cannot type in the fields unless we line up the cursor exactly on the upper border line of each field. Most people won't know to do that. Can you give me any advice on why this is happening and how to fix it?

same problem here. works fine in firefox but IE wont allow input...any ideas anyone

I too checked your website it works good in Firefox but not in IE....
can anyone explain about data entry policies and procedures.
