first of all I am wondering if video streaming is supported on the vodahost servers. and if it is how do I stream live video to my site?

You can only do this if its hosted elsewhere. In which case you would insert it like a youtube or any other video hosted elsewhere.

thanx friend! I actually have been looking for that and I found the same exact site. I have set up an account on it and am beginning to use it. thanx again anyways.
p.s.
there is also another one called stickam for anyone who is interested. I prefer the formerly posted link to ustream. then again that is just my personal opinion. lol$T3V3Comment
