heelp with form customizing

my domain - you10.net
when someone subscribe to one of my forms...
the form arriving as email to my box/
my problem is that when reply to the message in my outlook'- in the line that the belong to his address is my address/
how to customize the form to fix that problem?

The form "email" field MUST be named "email" all lower case. Anything else like Email, emailaddress or ANYTHING else will result in the script assuming your own email address as sender.
