Check to disallow double entry in form
Hi Folks,
I have a simple form that allows participants to enter golf events and it can be seen at www.gnjgf.co.za/entryform.php
There is currently the chance that a person can enter the event more than once and this posses its problems.
Is there a manner in which a person may be identified as having already entered the event by writing a script that searches the MySql table against three criteria (i.e. i_wish _to_play, date_of_birth, e-mail) if the response replies positive to two then and alert will be sent to inform the entrant that he has already been entered for this event and can therefor not enter again.
Help is this regard would be most welcome
