Did you save as index.php? You need to save it as default.. index.bvp

Go to page properties and change it from html to php in the properties box.

thanks for your reply. I have saved it as index.bvp, and changed the file extension to .php in the properties box, so there must be some other problem.

The link to your home page should also be just www.ovariancystshealed.info
& not www.ovariancystshealed.info/index.php

Hey Chris, Why is the index page being saved as php not html? ...she said in her initial question that she was doing this for tracking purposes.

Can you explain this, please.

Hi Chris,

I did delete the html index page in public.html. Before I did this it worked OK, but the html page showed in the browser, not the php (just as you said).

So with the index.html deleted, it does not work at all - any suggestions?

Yes, I've republished the php page, but was still not working so I also republished the html page so that the site is working in the meantime until I get this problem sorted.
If you go to www.ovariancystshealed.info/index.html it works, but www.ovariancystshealed/index.php does not.

This is a syntax error in your PHP code. Somehow you have messed the code.

Since PHP code is not visible through the browser, i can't tell you what the issue is. Post the code here and i will debug it for you.

You code is wrong . Replace it with

Please copy it from here and paste it, with php code all in one line, it is easy to mistake a whitespace and it all messes up.

You have this code in many places, you need to replace it in all of them.

Or, even better, replace it with this:

Unortunately, I tried copying and pasting both these codes, but it still did not work. Just to check that I did it coprrectly, I replaced
