My skull is not spunning smoothly

Looking for advice about the best way to make what I have done here:

into a smooth spinning skull. I'm sure there are better ways to do this
than what I have accomplished by simply linking the images together.

Use windows movie maker & shorten the time line on each frame/image. Will be a bit like a fast slide show.

You need a program that puts these into a serious of frames like a flash builder or gif builder.. photoshop, paint shop or adobe flash, coffecup flash etc.
