how to add a map on my page

Hi all, I'm new to forum, not a native english speaker, and complete dumb about web applications.. can somebody help? I want to add a googlemap or a map from different web site (can be a local one) under my address on my contact page.

this link is a web site giving info of my company on internet. has a map already.

You've made great work here. even dumbs like me can solve the issue without any help :) it was just HTML. I found the HTML code in googlemaps and simply put it on my page :)
