How to add a profile page?

Im missing a site software icon in my control panal. How do i get that? And how do i add a profile page, so each individual can customize their own profile, and add their own photos? Also username and password? www.glbtonlineservice

Unless you install a forum, or a cms platform you dont. You arent allowed to give third party users access to your account to host PROFILES etc. Its against tos (terms of service) to host myspace type sites on shared hosting.
