How do I get a good video device for my website

I would like to have a slidshow/flash/video on my website. I have an example of exactly what I want.

Check out the logo's on the left hand side of the page. How and where can I get an application like that. I have the logo's ready just need the application and explination on how to do it.

you need animation or flash software. You can get it ANYWHERE.. google flash slideshows
