HTML to Page Title

I want to add scrolling time HTML code to my page title bar. I've tried using the view HTML function and tried to add it there but t does not work. It's not code that I've built myself but have seen it work.
Also, how can I add a company logo to the page title bar?

The logo is called a favicon..

The javascript would have to be something you added between the HEAD tags for the scrolling title.

use this website to create a favicon. http://www.favicon.co.uk/

once you have your image, in the page properties under favorite icon, browse for your favicon file and walla. save and publish.
