Navigation bar link does not read the atribute Target _self

Hello, pleaase can anyone help me, the problem I have already described in title. I used a Navigation bar with 3 buttons . Two of them are linked to an file located on local disc, these links read the atribute Target properly. But the third one is linked outside on the internet and DOES not read the atribute TARGET. I have set _self and it keeps openig me new window like with the parametr _parent.

Try this

For the same window, leave the Target empty - nothing in it.

For a new window, have Target set to "_blank"

..does not work:O(, everytime show up in another window as a new bookmark instead of showing up in same bookmark same window.
