transparent image over text

Do SE consider a transparent image over text to be hidden text and penalize for it?

If you look at the bottom of my home page, the image of the chihuahua is on top of some of the text (just one line). You can see the text but if the image didn't have transparency, it would cover the text.

I think Adir that hidden text is white text on a white background or black text on a black background and so on but I am interested in what others have to say
