Creating & adding 30 sec music clips

I'd like to promote my self published music CD by inserting links to a dozen music clips on one of my pages. Each clip would play 30 secs of the actual track. Can anyone please suggest how I would create the clips and then how to link to them on a Blue Voda site. Many Thanks
