Please help with newly published website

Hi. Please review my website - www.enitiate.co.za.

Just note the following points during your navigation of the site:
    • All my pages are left-indeted, despite my having centred them in page properties. So I am not sure where I went wrong.
    • I cannot link live into the About Us page even though I have published it, and I checked the link to ensure that it is correct. Here too, I do not know where I went wrong.
As I understand it, the 2 queries above do not form part of this forum. While I am just alerting you about the said queries, I would appreciate your advice while you are at it.
    • The Client page is not published yet, so please ignore error 404.
Looking forward to your valuable comments

Please help with newly published website

      My published website is www.enitiate.co.za.

Please help me with the following 2 queries:
      1. I have ensured that all 20+ site pages are centered in page properties. But, I have checked in BV page view and online they are all left-indented.
      2. I cannot access 2 of the published pages online. Excluding the form pages, for which I posted a new thread in the Forms forum, I get 404 error for www.enitiate.co.za/about_us.html and www.enitiate.co.za/contact_us.html. I tried to change About Us page to www.enitiate.co.za/about-us.html, but this did not help either.

I have been helped by DarrenC with regards query number 2 above, so please ignore it. The only outstanding issue is left indented pages.

Hi Karen. I know this may sound stupid, but I have done what you recommended over and over again, but I still cannot get my pages to centre in browser! I feel like pulling my hair out of my skull right now!

This might prevent you from pulling your hair out but will still be a pain in the bum never the less.

I have noticed that when you try to centre your pages as an 'after thought' and this is an after thought things dont behave as they should.

This is what Ive done in the past

I have opened a blank new page and formatted the page with height, width, centering and so on FIRST

I then go to the original page and copy the whole lot and then paste everything on to the new page and then publish the new page with the same name...If you get my jist.

This is how I overcame it. A bit time consuming to repeat this process but it had to be done.

What I learned from this is to always format my pages first.

Hi DarrenC. Thank you for advice. Faeini and Chris spotted my problem, which had to do with the width of my pages. I followed their advice and I am now sorted.
