Add Banner rotator

Internet Explorer and Firefox are showing effect differently. Effect is fade, but it is not visible in Explorer, you only really see the effect in Firefox. Is this it, or is there a way to get it to also show correctly in Explorer? Explorer is just switching between images and not fading.

Best to look for a flash script to have it working in most browsers. There are a few BV things that wont work in all browsers.
