Embed videos from other sites

Hello,

Does anyone know how can we embed video from another sites, except youtube? With HTML box or this other way ?

Sometimes I can embed but when try to change the dimensions of videos to be smaller the video does not get smaller in proportion, just the video player (box). How can i move through that?
