Captcha ?? where can I find it?

I feel so stupid, but I can not locate this feature. I need to add it to my form pages to prevent spammers from annoying me ! HELP !

Part 2, after quite a search, it seems that it has bugs? And that it will not deter the auto software from the spammers, so what is a girl to do?
