Problems with outlook Express

Hello, Could anyone help me with a problem I am having with outlook express please,
I keep getting this message, although I seem to be able to send and recieve email.
It keeps asking for a password. I give it the password and username but the box keeps coming up asking again. says that I do not have a valid account, sure i have.
Is there any way i can confirm the password and username i created in control panel?
when I send a message it also says that there maybe a worm, what on earth is that all about.

not sure on your first piont password / username might be good idea to submit ticket to help desk or try and someone like navaldesign or racefan20.
on second piont the word worm is Associated with email viruses have you got norton or any other anti-virus software installed , i would suggest running a full System scan to make sure. read up on it here.http://antivirus.about.com/od/securi...mailsafety.htm

Thank's for that Alien Dude. I have McAfee on my pc the worm notice only comes up when I send an e mail through Outlook. very strange. I will get a support ticket for the password situation.

My advice would be to just delete and recreate the account in Express. See if that helps.
