HELP: Publishing and Where files should go!

Hey blue voda and fellow forum friends i need some help...

I have used photoshop for the graphics and blue voda to build the site. I have purchased the domain and the 3 year package from blue voda. I was wondering if someone could help me out with where the saved page files should go into which folder so that they only see the pages i have created. I know how to link them together i just dont know how to post them. PLEASE help me i just dropped 200 bucks and days of work to end up being VERY frusterated.... thanks SO very much!

Your problem is this you haven't created an index page.

The first page of any website is the index page so save and publish a page called 'index' (all lower case letters) and then you will see what you expect.
