Next and previous buttons or scrip...

I want to add to my "testimonials.bvp" page sort of like an area where i can display in a 10 by 10 on each page...all the comments that my customers are saying about my company.... But i dont want them to be able to post or edit any comments, only i post and remove them myself....also want them to be able to view the most recent one i posted to the last one...on a 10 by 10 per page basis...

Any one out there please help!!!

P.s. Im almost a bluevoda fan and customer... It is converting me from hosting24.com
