I want to create a Background that will auto adjust when the page is resized.

What can I do to create this type of Background?

BV does not have this capability. Static pages only.

Depends on the type of background. If you only want a color or gradient color background, it will always expand to cover the entire page.
If, instead, you want to use an image or shape as background, expanding, though possible in some cases, with some coding, will also result in distortion, so it is not recommended.
