Bulk Edit -Can I make changes to a page and apply it to all pages?

I want to expand my site with more pages but don't want to have to edit EVERY SINGLE PAGE when I update photos, background, links, ect. Can I make changes to one page and have it applied to all pages?

I looked at it earlier but haven't done anything else
