Uploading Videos

Hi,

I need to publish on my index page the videos that my customers upload.

I saw the tutorials but i doesn't say how it works, i have the files on my upload folder in my website but don't now how to put them on my page.

Media Player?
Flash? or the others

I don't even now wich option is better and how to link it .

any help will be appreciated.
