    Gradient Background Color Fail

Is there a way to keep just one gradient background.
I'm using blue for example. So it starts off on white then goes to blue.
However, it cuts off and then it starts all over again.
I don't think that's how it should be. Seems there's a limit as to how long the gradient goes down to. Or I'm doing something wrong.

    Please help. Thank you.

In properties select the 2 different shades of blue you want to use.

Gradient needs two shades of color to work.

So if you want just one color it wont work.

Thank you Zuria, but it's not the color. I have 2 colors, white and blue.
With gradient background, it will start off as white, then fades to blue. However, it doesn't do it all the way to the bottom of the page, it goes for a certain point and then it starts again to white and then gradients to blue and so on.. it's not a continues gradient.
