Auto adjust height of iframe without scrollbar

I want to create a page with navigation bar, header & footer and an iframe in it.I want to display in this page other pages of my same website in the iframe, using navigation bar . I can give width to the iframe but height should be dynamic so that there is no scrollbar and it looks like a single page. Is this possible in Blue Voda? Can anybody help me in this regard?

I don't think this is possible.
FYI, SE's do not see IFrame content. Therefore it's not a good approach as far as SEO is concerned.
Why not navigate to another page? Other than the brief flash when pages change it can appear seamlessly.

Then it may be possible to put navigationbar in iframe. Than I will not have make changes on each page
