How do you add downloadable PDF's to a page?

HI Guys

I have created some PDF documents that I want to make downloadable from my website.

Any idea how I can add them to my website and how people can download them.

Upload them via Bluevoda's built in FTP

Download link would be

http://www.yourdomain.com/yourdoc.pdf

Tip: If your pdfs have long names, rename them to something easier because you need that doc name to add it to the url extension. Also don't use spaces, use _ undercsores, something like 'this_is_my_document.pdf'
