Placing a virtual timeline that works as a timer
Hi,
I am wanting to place a timeline on a part of my website.
This timeline I want is to work like a clock. Say we have a race to run on a track and it takes 4 minutes to complete, the virtual timeline will show an indicator travelling up the length of that track til it gets to the finishing line. As soon at it reaches the finishing line the website user recieves a mobile phone text automatically.
My question to you, is there anything you know out there that can do this? At a cost or hopefully free, or how would I do this?
