Where are the Body and Head of the webpage?

I got a script I want to put on my page
but the instructions say"
"Copy the script and attach it to the head section of your page"
the continue saying:
"You then link it into the head of your page"
then go on saying:
"add the following code to the body of your web page"

Where to find this body parts on my page
or how to do this actions

Right click on your BlueVoda page and choose "Page html"
