    HTML Banner won't display

    I have added an HTML elelment to the bottom of my index page at www.allseasonscarwash.org

    It shows up when I preview, but when I publish it does not display.
    I have made sure to move it to the front. You can see it for a brief second when the page is loading but then it dissapears. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyne help me fix it?

    Here is the HTML code I am trying to add:
    <a title="Click for the Business Review of All Seasons Car Wash, a Car Wash & Polish in Kansas City MO" href="http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/busin...ealclick"><img alt="All Seasons Car Wash is a BBB Accredited Business. Click for the BBB Business Review of this Car Wash & Polish in Kansas City MO" style="border: 0;" src="http://seal-kansascity.bbb.org/seals...h-99157838.png" /></a>

    Re: HTML Banner won't display

    Sorry, Mr. Frazier ... as a professional web designer, you should know that it can be only one of two things:

    1. You copied the link code inocrrectly, leaving out an element required or adding something that does not belong (or is orphaned ... focus on this aspect of the link which shows 2 'closers' but without a beginning string identifier: /></a> ). Hopefully you saved the entire, proper link code in a Word document for safekeeping, and you can easily refer back to it to duplicate/paste again properly.;

    2. You did not insert it properly onto the Blue Voda created webpage (into an HTML Box).

    You can do a little research into Affiliate Links reviewing this post and some of the others linked from there ...

    More importantly, it appears your account should be looked into to see if you are reselling hosting by proxy, a violation of Terms.

      Re: HTML Banner won't display

      I removed the unneeded closer, and I did insert the code into an HTML box, but it still won't display. What puzzles me is that when I preview the page from BVWS, it displays the banner just fine. When I load the page regularly, however, it displays for a breif second and then dissapears. I am not a professional web designer by an means, I double checked and I have copied the code exactly as it appears from the banner site. Any other suggestions?

        Re: HTML Banner won't display

        Shows fine on this side.

        Would suggest creating a shape, making it transparent, sizing it to about 5 pixels tall and maybe 10 pixels wide, placing it 75 pixels lower than the top-left corner of your BBB HTML Box, and making sure your page length is set for this depth.

        This way, this shape becomes the delimiter of your page, and will always allow for whatever banners are being dynamically displayed to present fully without being "cut off" by an artifical page length setting (that cannot "anticipate" the size of banners being created by scripts).
