Glass Button + Link Help??????

Ok, so im making my website, and the first thing I notice about the glass buttons is they can take you to pages, but my problem is everytime I select a stupid BlueVoda file, and go into prievew and click the button thats post to redirect me to page......it doesn't it says Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Page! What im wondering is how do you make it where it goes to the Blue Voda page and show it? Cause I created about 10 of them, and I can't go nowhere. Do I have to publish it then it will do it? Someone please help........

Yes, they must be published. Your links must point to pages on the net.
