two questions

hello there,
two questions to ask...1 how do i add links to text...
second i have a page in my website called as useful references...this page holds website address of other related websites now when i type some website address for example. lawcommissionofindia.nic.in/ it clicking on this should take me to the website..but this doesnt seem to take place...this just appears as a normal text...how do i make it a hyperlink.

Re: two questions

Highlight the text and use the link tool. It's at the top of the BV page and looks like a globe with a piece of chain (links) beneath it.
