Why does Google + show up only on some computers?

Hello,

I have the google + button on my homepage of http://www.lifepartnerschristianministries.com website and am finding that I am able to view the button on some computers, mostly desktops; but on some computers, like laptops, I am not able to view the button. Is there a reason for this? Can I fix this problem?

Update the computer's Java.

Might also want to use the most current versions of whatever browser you view the website in, updating them if needed.

What's Java has to do with this ? I mean, how/why does it affect the Google +1 button being displayed or not ?
