I can insert elements such as images and backgrounds that appear on page preview but not on the published page. In place of the element, an icon appears on the published page which, when right-clicked and opened in a separate tab, produces the error message: "403 Forbidden."
Inserted elements are, in fact, uploaded when the page is published and can be readily viewed via CPanel. I have been successfully publishing pages with inserted elements for two years using the same procedures.
