i am having trouble adding large video files to my website (218 mb or more). when i publish them it takes about an hour and they do not play correctly(you cant fast foward or rewind).is thier a faster way to publish large video files?

Having a large video streaming from your site probably isn't a good idea. If does take a long time to load, it is downloading the file to the users computer. And I don't know enough to say why it won't let you fast forward or rewind. You should probably just have it as a download, and have people play it on their own computers.
