    navigation menu problems

    Hello,
I'll attach a photo of the problem.
My customers see a menu that has no CSS applied. (bottom half of photo)
I can only see the menu in it's proper form on my computers. (3) (top half)
This is using the BV Menu Bar. This happened a few weeks ago and seemed to "fix its self" ???)
    Any ideas?
I use the Menu Bar option on several other sites with no problem.

Hi, What is the URL of the page that you are experiencing
problems with (it is not apparent from your images). Also
you say "it fixed itself" ... Is there no longer an issue
with the website in question? Thanks,

It's not ever a problem for me on my computer. I have customers calling with the problem on this particular website only. I use the BV12 menu maker.
The customers are having the issue now.

I told you, it is not a universal display issue, Terry!
Are these "customers" cognizant enough to know how to clean out and update their browsers regularly, to refresh the pages, or to use diagnostic methods to resolve singular issues? I think not ... if I can see things fine - as can others - what more can be said?

                    V,
There are 2000+ "customers" viewing the website. I am going to add a page giving a tutorial about how to fix this issue.
I appreciate your persistence concerning this issue.
                    Thank you,
