"Login Box" shows html when previewed

When I try adding a "login" form to my site and than go to preview it in google chrome the html ends up showing on the page...how come, and how do I hide it?

Any added HTML to a BlueVoda page must be pasted into a "BlueVoda HTML Box" by clicking on the Icon near the top of the Left Side Workpane Toolbar.

Double-check the precise instructions i9n the Tutorial to make sure you are following them accurately.
