Tables to avoid overlap?

Hi All,

I'm having a little bit of a problem with text overlapping images it only occurs on a few computers/browsers. I seem to remember reading somewhere that using tables and setting everything within them solves this problem, is this right anyone? If that is the case does the page have to be set within one table or can multiple tables be used?

Multiple tables can be used within a page. You can actually use tables within tables also - but that can cause the page to load slower. Depends on what you're doing!

The tables should solve overlap problems.
