Opening link in new tab instead of pop-up

Is there a way to have a link that opens a tab rather than a pop-up when clicked?

As shown in the Tutorial:

1. Select (or 'Highlight') text, object, or image using mouse
2. Click INSERT HYPERLINK Icon in Toolbar
3. In Hyperlink Dialog, enter URL as desired
4. Select TARGET > "_blank"

To revert to default, merely Delete TARGET selection back to an empty space.

These are fundamental skills detailed in the Tutorials that you should know how to use properly, and upon which to build subsequent skills that are progressive in nature! Alternately, performing a simple Forum Search would reveal earlier discussions to assist you without needing to post an inquiry and then wait around for a reply ....
