Problem viewing the pop-up links in online mode!

My pop-up links are not at the front of the layout when I preview them in online mode. Light-box function works but the pictures stays sometimes behind the text, other images? Has this something to do with that I could choose if the images should be further forward or backward in working mode? I have over 1000 images with pop-up feature, but it's recent publications that do not work. I changed the background in all sections for a little while ago. Preview does not provide full function to pages, ever. It is meant to only provide a "glimpse" of how the page will appear when published.

The LightBox issue has been discussed many times in this Forum, and if you did a simple Search you would have found this:
