Extraneous Buttons

I added a new page to an existing site and updated all of the existing pages. Two things happened: (i) the new page [see: http://www.rancholosmangos.com/apartmentsenglish.php] shows part of a button from an old, updated, page [see http://www.rancholosmangos.com/homeenglish.html] in Chrome and Safari, but not in IE and (ii) the updated page shows three of four buttons incorrectly, but only in IE. Please help

You need to delete them and start from scratch, you have added and removed too much code and it is most likely causing a conflict.
