permissions box possible?

Is it possible to create a permissions box on BV? A box with an I agree ... text and a Yes and No option. Only by clicking Yes are you then linked through to the next section.

I've looked at tutorials and searched as best I could, without success. If there is a tutorial, which one specifically?

Is there a search box where I could have typed in permissions or another search term and found the information myself?
