Iframe help with Multiple Links, Next and Previous Button

Hi Guys

I am totally new to BV and the community.
BTW, I am Vernon Cornelissen from South Africa.

Can someone please help me on how to the follow setup in BV please.

I want to create a website with multiple links in a Iframe.

The website will work like this.

Homepage: Is the introduction
Sidebar: Links to other Menu's
Iframe in the middle of the Homepage.

I want to insert multiple links in the iFrame for the user to browse.
The iFrame (links) should be connected to a "Next" and "Previous" button. I think it should be in a Javascript (Not really sure).

Every time the user click next it move to the follow link (site).
The iFrame should be like a Rotator of URL'S.

Please see the below video on using Iframes in BlueVoda:

The back and forward buttons should just be reguler hyperlinks leading to the previous page and the next
page.
